Diamond Ballroom & Catering

We used Diamond Ballroom for our winter wedding, and it was beautiful.
The venue came with a wedding coordinator (Stacy) who took care of every single detail and made sure our night ran smooth. Our DJ showed up late, and she took care of the cocktail hour music before he got there, etc. When my husband and I arrived on our wedding night, she was there to great us downstairs with a glass of wine, and reassured us everything was going perfect, our guest were happy etc.
Aside from the venues view the food may have been one of the best part. We got to sit down with the Chef Matt, and customize a menu that suited us. (and it didn’t cost much more to add/​upgrade). Before our wedding, we got to try everything that we selected on our menu, which I thought was really nice. Stacy even set up a table, had some classic jazz music playing, and offered us wine. (It felt like a date).
Having been to larger venues myself, I was worried about selecting steak, as one of our meat for the main course. Steak usually comes out dry and plain, and never to my liking. Our filet mignon was amazing. It was perfect. We also had the roasted chicken option as well, (delicious). For our second course we had a ricotta cheese ravioli, and my guest all loved that dish. We did have appetizer during cocktail hours, which the staff made my husband and I our own plate, so we got to try it, after we arrived. We did opt for the late night snakes, (Chicken fingers, sliders etc.) What ever was left over, they boxed up and sent home with us.
All around, probably the best wedding food ever. I know it was my wedding, so I seem a bit biased, but we had no complaints. Absolutely loved the venue, food, staff etc.

Having used this venue for a university event, I am pleased to say that we could not have had a better experience. Stacy at Diamond was very helpful and very accommodating to our party. We were able to do everything we wished for and the views are definitely good enough in themselves. It’s a beautiful venue for photographs and the food is delicious so our guests were satisfied.
