My experience interning in Mexico with Cross Continental was wonderful! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by my host family in such a warmhearted way. They tried their best to make me feel at home and were literally among the nicest people I’ve ever known. During the day I helped out at a local store: I was the cashier; I helped managing and looked after stock. On weekends and in the evenings the girls — my host sisters showed me around town and introduced me to their friends, who were also so nice. We hung out a lot and I improved my Spanish significantly. I was so glad I came, because not only the internship a nice break from college, it also let me have the time of my life! I recommend Cross Continental to anyone who wants to go abroad and do something different and fun!
