I walked in asking about their deal in their outside board. They indicated right away that was from December and early January. Well it’s March now. So I asked her if she could get me a better deal flying from here to east coast and was going to leave my contact information. I travel a lot and if I found a trustworthy travel agent she would have made a lot of commission. Instead, she was rude, unkind and slightly condescending telling me that I should just book online or book right now with her. Not impressed with their poor attitude and unwillingness to ask a question with human decency and politeness.
