I have been coming to this clinic for years and consider myself extremely lucky to have Dr. Leung as my family doctor!
The MOA’s on staff can be a little snappy, but I don’t doubt that they have a lot of difficult people to deal with on a daily basis. But other than that, Dr. Leung has always made me feel extremely comfortable and has legitimately listened to my concerns without brushing me off/​trying to rush to the next patient.
I have always been treated with the utmost respect and been granted referrals when I have asked; or been given a logical explanation if my request was not able to be granted.
If anyone is looking for a family practice in the Champlain ‘hood, I would highly recommend Dr. Leung and the rest of the staff at Collingwood Medical!
