Had a pleasant experience the other day here when my boyfriend needed his sore throat looked at. Waited about 30 minutes(not anyone’s fault there’s just patients ahead of us…) and had to take the swab to the lab ourselves(not a big deal). Both receptionist and Dr. Love were nice people… wait time of any clinics or emergency is unfortunate but it’s a fact of life…:)

By far, this is the worst clinic I have ever had the misfortune of going to. Longest wait times, unfriendly/inept staff. Whatever you do dont go to this clinic. I dont care if you have to make your own medicine. Dont do it. Not even once.

The open sign wasn’t even lit up, were they open? Yes, yes they were but you couldn’t tell. I’ve been here around 3 times. Usually I never notice the staff, but today, there was 2 ladies. 1 was on the phone while I was waiting to get ‘checked in’ and the other was on the phone, but clearly annoyed by life in general. After she got off the phone, obviously annoyed by the caller who was asking for some results, I saw the eye roll. You know the one that almost takes both of your eyes out. So, I’m like, great I HAVETODEALWITHHER. You know how awesome it is when you’re sick and you have to walk into a clinic(that you don’t want be at in the first place). Bitches like this shouldn’t be working at places where there are sick people. We notice you. Clearly, you are destined for a less customer service oriented job, perhaps working the drive thru at McDonalds where you just take orders? Maybe working a toll booth in hell, I don’t know, people like you annoy me greatly. ANYHOW — Dr. Cheah, the glorious non emotional face having person he is decided I had a virus by just looking at my throat. No swab no nothing. Just in case? Maybe? Nope, you have virus. Okay, so when/if I die I send you bill. Yes. I think that was my last visit to this awesome clinic.
