Wish I could give a negative rating for this place. MOSTHORRIBLEBUSINESSEVER!!! I purchased a «Two 30 Min Manicures and 45 Min pedicures» Me and my husband wanted to go and bring our 4 yr old daughter and when I called I was given an e-mail address and told to send my request for appointment to that e-mail. I did and I asked how much to paint my 4 yr old’s nails while she waits as this is always what we do. I was told she was not welcome to come to the appointment as they don’t allow children in their establishment. So I had to re-schedule and find a sitter. So my husband and I went. There was like 10 chairs and we were the only two there. They didn’t seat us together. I requested to be sat together and was told she couldn’t do that as the chair between us is normally used for jackets and purses. Weird! I was less than thrilled. We thought this would be an opportunity for a nice afternoon with no kids since we got a sitter. Then I was given about MAYBE an inch of water to soak my feet in which got cold real fast while she did my awful manicure. The polish has tiny bubbles under it. Needed to be removed as soon as I got home. We left half way through the pedicure when we were told that massage and callous removal are not included. WTF? The callous removal is the main reason for a pedi! If I wanted my toes painted I would’ve paid $ 10 and gone to some Vietnamese place. She was so dumb. Not a clue what we were saying. Tried telling me that the groupon said there is no massage and callous removal right on it until I pulled the groupon up on my phone and read it to her then she tried saying«well it was in the e-mail we sent you» and I said«yeah well you have to advise people BEFORE they purchase something they think they’re getting and don’t get. OH and she didn’t change her gloves from doing my husband’s pedicure to doing mine until he pointed it out. I could go on forever about this place. Bottom line DON’T GO! DON’T WASTEYOURMONEYORRISKYOURHEALTH. My blood pressure was through the roof when I left there.

I agree with the post reviews… the tools were dirty and pre-used. I bought a Groupon and they were rude on the phone when I booked. I decided to give them a chance, as I had purchased two mani-pedis and they were closer than the place I usually go to. The technician was sweet, but had no clue what she was doing. She left my cuticle remover on and because she spoke no English I had to ask for a translator to tell her she needed to clean it off before she started painting my nails. The manicure was the worst I have ever had… I had to pick up the polish and fix it when she left the room! It was a disaster. Now I am stuck with a groupon that I can’t use because apparently I was supposed to book with a friend and use both services on the same visit. This wasn’t stipulated in the Groupon, so ended up paying full price for the worst experience I have ever had in a salon to date. The manicure peeled off that night! This place needs to be shut down!

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff and can make an appointment only via email. They responded to me one week after I requested an appointment. They left a message on my voice mail and when I called them back they told me that no one ever called me and they make appointment only via email. I told them that I can play the voice mail for them and then she said that someone will contact me in few days regarding the appointment. I wanted to ask question and she said that I can’t ask any question and hanged up on me. I called back but the staff just argued with me and told me that they don’t care that they are rude or unprofessional and they don’t care that I will be writing the review about how they are treating their customers. I purchased this manicure/pedicure through groupon and I emailed them that day requesting a refund. I got my refund and I’m very happy I didn’t go there after reading other reviews about this business.

If there’s a negative star option, I would chose that. I only get my nails done once a year as a treat. I came here with a Groupon deal for a mani/pedi and had to walk out halfway. The owner did the manicure and she had either never done a manicure before, or she had a mental illness. She was using the buffer as a nail filer and when I pointed that out she snapped at me! The manicure was outrageously sloppy, the tools were unsanitary and the service was rude. It was so poorly done that I came home and took the polish right off. The whole experience was unbelievably stressful. I honestly should have left earlier, but I was too shell-shocked and kept thinking it was going to get better. AVOIDTHISPLACELIKETHEPLAGUE.
