Prices are to be expected as usual, $ 88.88 for the infamous 8-​level bamboo.

Walking into this flower shop was like walking into a secret garden of awesomeness. Very fresh flowers, everything looks like a story book dream. They even have greeting cards that look like Polaroid pictures. Decently priced.

I started a new job back in July and am finally starting to make my work space my own. The other day I went for my Starbucks caffeine fix and as I was walking by to go back to my office I felt the pull to come in here and get a desk plant. I have never had a desk plant before and felt I deserved one. So in I walked and I came out with the cutest little yellow green, orchid like flower plant!
To top off the beautiful flowers in the store, the customer service was amazing. I was just going to put my little plant with the original pot (the kind all plants seem to come in) and put it inside the glass one I purchased but the gentleman who was helping me was kind enough to replant him/​her (haven’t decided my plants sex yet) for me and tie a pretty green organza ribbon around it. Just to give it more flare.
Needless to say, I love this place and will be back. Especially since I work right close.

I have both sent and received flowers from here (yeah that’s RIGHT, boys, I have RECEIVED flowers from here, so step up your game).
I have used all 3 locations in the past, and the service is constantly good, the flowers are constantly beautiful, and the delivery is prompt. Forgot my sister’s birthday this year (I AM GREAT) and called on the morning-​of to have flowers delivered to her from the Bentall location, thinking «oh shit oh shit oh shit»… they arrived in less than an hour and were stunning. The cost is very reasonable for what you get.

This shop did my wedding arrangements this past month and the flowers were absolutely stunning. Guests raved and there was no end to the compliments received. Angela really worked with me to deliver my vision for the flowers and also helped me work within my budget — which was greatly appreciated. The flowers were so fresh and there was great selection. They clearly worked hard to source the best flowers possible. As others reviews have said, the service is fast and they are very professional. This shop is definitely my go-​to floral shop.

This flower shop has it all. They never let me down. Huge style!
I work in the same mall that the shop is located in, so I always visit them for every occasion where I need flowers. They can make you anywhere from extravagant, avant garde arrangements to contemporary. The designers here can make anything to your liking. For halloween they have funny pumpkin faces with flowers arranged inside that are so cute!
They are also extremely fast. I’ve had many situations like tonight, where I had a funeral to attend tomorrow and with no fuss they were able to make me a huge arrangement and deliver it on time for tomorrow morning.
The pricing is also very fair. You always get more than you pay for.
They are also great for a drop in kind of place. If you are in a hurry, they are guaranteed to have a nice arrangement waiting for you to snag.

They made all my wedding flower dreams come true!
I went into a few other potential flower shops before this one, and I can honestly say that the service Stephanie gave was above any from the other stores –who clearly needed lessons in customer service!
Stephanie asked me exactly what my budget was for each item (bridesmaids and bridal bouquets, bouttenieres, etc.) She said if I show her what I want, she can make it WITHIN my budget! A miracle!
I came to her with magazine tearouts detailing exactly what I wanted and didn’t want.
On the wedding day I was absolutely floored at how beautiful all the flowers looked!
Five Stars all the way Angela and Gabriels’ Yay Yay Yay!

This florist is solid– their arrangements are pretty traditional but lovely nonetheless.
However … they have some *great* deals on live plants … three (big) just flowered orchids for only $ 15! Yeah, it’ll be a couple months before I can get them to go again, but good price! And a beautiful amaryllis for $ 8 or so! Good deals to be had on the live plants!
