This guy is a joke, do not throw away your money or time. I went to him and he put in 2 dental implant which cost about $ 9000, he ruined the gum line and was sent to a cosmetic who could not fix the gum line and also stated the implants were crooked. The Cosmetic dentist sent a report to my dentist and let him know the implants where not placed appropriately but they may be fine, during these 18 months, I had my crowns on the implants put on temporarily. When I went back to my dentist, he acted very strange, like he was embarrassed and did not state anything the cosmetic dentist said. I also had a cleaning at this time and asked if we could go ahead and place the crowns on permanently as they felt fine to me and never caused me issues. Dr. Surge said he wanted to give it more time to make sure the implants would be alright. I waited another 12 months and ended up moving, the new dentist has never heard of these dental implants and Dr Surge told this dentist they were failing??? First I had ever heard of this, not once did he even hint they were failing??? Now I have to find another specialist and someone who can deal with these implants. This guy is a fly by night dentist, he has several web sites under different names, do not go to him, he is incompetent and a rip off.
