First time home buyer? Avoid Zolo at all costs. Utterly terrible experience using this company. Not only did the real estate agent we used from this company clearly want a quick sell, he was inexperienced and did not anticipate risks that we are now on the hook for financially.
The agent’s incomptencies have been matched by the management and president’s refusal to even entertain sorting out this issue and refusal to communicate with us about addressing the problem. I am in discussion with the Ontario Real Estate Board about the practices of this company.
Tip: if they promise you your first month’s mortgage payment back… you will have to keep calling to find out when/​if that is coming (2 months later we still have not recieved it). Honestly, disgusting customer service.
