The owner has really made an effort to rectify a problem that happened. It is very clear that he does care about his business and client satisfaction.
Based on his response to this problem, I truly believe he has rectified the situation as much as possible.

please donnot consider purchasing.
defected shoes–
— poor quality manufacturing — defect and owner does not have a clue what he is actually selling or he would have kindly replaced and managed the damage effectively of the shoe.
no desire to keep customer or help.
poorly made custom shoe —
–incompetent business management.
i am within my 90 days and small print options i requested an exchange or refund i was told no!
collapsing in to the floor — shoes is poorly made.
— sales pitch is a business style with a nice décor are a standard does not match the quality safety !! non functional in physical action of walking in nice heels beware! i bought the heel shoes. they looked great but something was very wrong in the craft of making them.
— the guarantee as the owner policy etc 90 days and blah and consider and check send back to korea !
basic pair of heels bought them. it took 2 month from july –sept i have my receipt customers proof they had not been completed with cushioning fare enough that i had purchased and was told to return to have it put in.
a 3^rd trip to the store.
i have 3 receipts –deposit and purchase to prove the poor results 1 pair of heels. $ 170.00.
owner says i should compare the (manufacturing) and shop at retail and they would not care! cheap talk and kept saying ‘i can see that your angry” yes bc you are not prepared to help by replacing the defect or convenience with another to replace from teh store.
the jargon i was fed was not customer appreciation or service for a private store!
i requested another pair be made or a ready made from shop front so i can make use of the money i had spent and hopefully no safety concern in wear and walk.
i explained in shoe (jargon) to the owner and showed the legitimate concern with the damage and wear in less than one hour of attempting to walk in the shoes. the heel and sole were not supportive of one another and the heel was tipping 6inch and the sole was thin and weak.
owner does not have shoe masking background and was not at all concerned which was shocking as women will continue to purchase and not do a background check if the shoe meets the standards in canada!
i got fed up with trying and left the shoes at the store $ 168.50 worth — cant even give them to charity as they are faulty shoes!

I LOVE their shoes. I bought two pairs in the summer and I just LOVE LOVE LOVE them. I have a wide foot and they make sexy pointy shoes that look great on me. I’m a big fan.
