The owner is super friendly and knowledgeable. He was patient and answered all my questions about where the meat was from. All meat from southern Ontario. typical to canada: hormone free chicken and pork, and aaa angus beef. House made chorizo too! I did wish for some organic options but for that I guess it is gourmeats.
