I brought a cashmere sweater and I was very happy with the result. It looks like new. I also brought a trench with a stain and it came out like new too.
The lady remembered me after a week. She even remembered what I brought. That was nice. Good customer service.
They don’t accept credit cards. The lady tells you that in advance which is nice.

They just don’t care how the clothes turn out. I sent in my wedding dress for dry clean and i ask them if it matter is if it’s silk or not. The Korean lady said, it doesn’t matter, but I have to charge you $ 20 more. «I was not impressed with her answer and ask «if it doesn’t matter why charging me more?» The reply i got is «you need to relax, it’s not the first time we do this.» I came back and saw another review on YellowPage that they machine washed a wedding dress?! STAY AWAY!!!
