Terrible customer service in-​store. They act like they couldn’t care less whether their customers come in or not. Their stock is usually low to the point that I can’t get what I want; in fact, I don’t think I’ve ever been able to.
Also, their juice is terrible. I don’t know who makes it, but it is virtually flavourless and doesn’t taste good at all.
There are so many other vape shops in Toronto that I don’t see why anyone would bother going here. They shouldn’t be in business because they are selling terrible products and have terrible attitudes.

Customer Service here sucks. They will NEVER email you back and they will ignore you untill you go away. So that is what I am doing. Going away to bring my business elsewhere. I believe they sent me used product and it was faulty. Leaks internally. Sent all product with no instructions. Terrible for an industry thst needs loyalty and word of mouth since there is so much competition.
