pretty average location, a bit slow in the service all around, it seems like alot of the workers are new hires. one of the newer locations in this neck of the woods, very clean, a little bit of sitting area, and a few places to park. quality of the food is good

This Timmy’s is right on the corner of Kipling and Jutland just north of the Queensway. It is a mini version with a single serving counter but open 24 hours. It looks clean and well taken care of and features quick pull up angle parking right outside the front door if you need to go inside. There is also more parking behind the building. It’s a popular and essential spot for the bustling retail strip going both up and down Kipling and also going east along Jutland.
