Well ups store sold and Tressa and Michelle cut Tressa let go, Michelle was cut too two days the new owns are unprofessional and do not know what there doing this happens when daddy buys a business to keep his family busy, I wonder why I will not go ever again Tressa was the most professional miss her!

Update: So I learned back in November the store was sold.
New owners are horrid. They were trying to pack my painting with the bubblewrap INSIDE OUT! Hell-​o? While I was in there another customer came in and complained she had made two copies that morning and they charged her for six. She turned out to be a business owner from next door. The woman at the front counter has one of the worst scowls on her face I’ve ever seen; and the man just keeps nodding and smiling «yes, okay», but clearly has no idea what’s going on.
Did these people get any training before taking over?
I could handle a transition of getting to know the tasks, if they were genuine and friendly but it’s completely the opposite. They clearly don’t want to be there.
My neighbour who’s been shipping with them for over 10 years says she stopped in about a month back and the woman was sitting in the dark eating with the store closed… at 9:30am :/​
I loooooooooooooooooooooove these guys!!! They are so awesome! They always take care of my last minute projects and shipments. No matter how frantic and stressed I am, they never fail to make me laugh. AWESOME people… AWESOME service… AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!

These people are ridiculously nice. When I moved into my apartment, I was too lazy to hook up my printer and dropped in regularly to print off essays. After frequenting this place a few times, I have decided not to set up my printer period.
Even though I never print off more than a few copies, they make me feel just as important as the suited business goons dropping a hundred dollars on fancy laminated speed shipped packages. I always forget my USB, and they’re so accustomed to me using their PC to email my papers.
Also, I walked out once without paying (truly, ’twas an accident!). They took the time to call me, held my package till morning and were apologetic on the phone and in person. As if it was their fault that I have the attention span of a daft goldfish.
The owner remembers my name (and everyone elses’) and is always full of helpful advice — whether it be about shipping or dating.
