This store’s customer service is THE BEST!
I was setting up a fax machine in my home and I needed to test my fax machine by sending a fax. I called several places that had fax services and I asked if I could send them a test fax to see if my set up was working and none of them would help me out because I wasn’t a paying customer, except for this UPS location at Christie and Bloor. Not only were they happy to recieve a test fax they also sent one back WISHING ME A HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
Now I am sure my fax machine is working
I dont live in the area but I would go there if I did because they were more than willing to help out a random person who found their number and needed a little help!

I use this UPS store everyday for my Buttonboy business, we outsource our printing and have had great results! The Printing is very good for the price, you can even pre order 1000 prints at a discount and uses them when needed! totally cool.
Perfect for businesses big or small.
I only use the best for my customers and this location works for me.
I see some complaints in this review page, but like I said for over two years I have gone 5 days out of 7 that’s over 500 visits, and I have had few problems.

One of the worst customer service experiences of my life. I went to pick up a package that I had been notified was delivered to this location. The woman working seemed annoyed that I was even in the store. Upon looking for the package for a few minutes claimed that she «couldn’t find it» and «would take to long to look» and tried to send me on my way. I insisted that it was there and upon looking further she found it and very rudely completed the transaction. Made for a very uncomfortable and unwelcome experience. Will be using Fedex from now on.

The Toronto Office? Your unpartment? The World Corporate Headquarters? The UPS Store AKA Mail Boxes Etc. is the stunt double of shipping and receiving universe. I have used many of these over the years — far too many. Happy to say this one is among the best. Well managed and staffed with a super convenient location just outside of the Christie TTC station. They lost a star for occasionally being closed during stated opening hours with no advance notice.

Thank goodness for this UPS location! My grad school application was due today, which of course means that two days ago I was in quite a state as I tried to find someone who could ship the thing to Alberta. I went to two shipping places (both sort of grungy and staffed by folks who clearly weren’t the least bit interested in my desperate quest) and neither could help me. By the time I reached this UPS location I was giving up hope and at my wits end, already envisioning myself going through the whole application process again next year because I waited too long to ship the application.
Happily, we won’t find out what might have happened if my shipping efforts were once again thwarted, because this UPS location saved me. As soon as I walked in I knew this place was different. It’s convenient (steps from Christie station), clean, bright, and organized. The fellow working answered my desperate «please tell me you can get this there by tomorrow» with a reassuringly confident «of course we can» and then proceeded to make that happen while being polite and patient. The cost was less than I’d been quoted by either of the other places I visited. And (the real point, I suppose) the package arrived exactly on schedule, less than 24 hours after I entered the UPS store. UPS FTW!
