Friendly staff who know you, I mainly go there for faxing documents because it’s the only place at Don Mills/​Lawrence that has a fax machine for public use, but the occasional picking up of packages too, after 3 – 5 visits in a short time they know who you are. If a fax line is known to be busy at the time you are sending it to, they will let you go to the nearby café for 10 – 20 min or so and it has usually gone through by then, which you come back and then pay for it. Planning on expanding to use some of their other services, like book binding, business card printing, and mailing packages to friends, especially when they have rates that work out to less than what CanadaPost would charge. Plus they have a public water cooler with cups for those times you are thirsty or it’s a hot day. Thank you UPS Don Mills; keep up the great work!

Really like this place.
I live a few minutes away and I find the staff extremely professional and helpful at all times. Any time I require something scanned and sent by email, faxed, laminated, bound, colour photocopied or other mini project… I go here.
Each person that works there is positive and willing to do whatever they can to make you come back in the future by providing good quality service. I get the impression that the owner is very selective in who he hires to work for him.
During peak times it can get busy with a long line up but, even then, I find the line-​up moves fairly quickly. Best to go during non-​peak times if you can.
Thought I would take the time to write something positive since a lot of the time when we feel the need to review it is because something off happened.
To the staff, appreciate your years of service and will continue to use this store. Excellent job!
