‘Quickie’ Pedicure– There was nothing quick about this pedicure. I booked online and it said the quickie pedicure is 30 minutes. I arrived for my 5:10 appointment a few moments early to ensure a smooth service. Once we got started it was fine although slow. The pedicure was on par although it’s nice the throw in the toe wax if you want. I was watching the clock because I had somewhere else to be. Once the pedicure was done she said I needed to wait 10 minutes to let it dry… That puts us at an hour. She sprayed my toes and put cuticle oil, all supposed to help the paint from smudging. This is the first salon I’ve been to that didn’t have the nail dryers so I was surprised that a ‘quick’ service would need to include 10 – 15 sitting drying time.(which was not long enough!) Needless to say by the time I got where I was going the two big toes were completely ruined. What a disappointment for a $ 50 treatment! Also, I will add the pedicure chairs are not very comfortable. Being pregnant it was awkward to get up and down plus the ledge you put your feet on digs in to the bottom of your foot. Overall not very relaxing or worth the money. I wanted to like this place since it was so clean and the staff nice but I don’t think I will be going back.

Very disappointed. Myself and 2 daughters had an appointment and got stuck in a severe traffic jam. We called as soon as we realized we would be late. Upon arriving, we apologized profusely and were told to pick our polish colour. After a few moments of staff whispering between themselves, we were told they couldn’t do our appointments and that we would be charged in full for all 3 appointments! I realize that we have a commitment to arrive on time, but this was out of our control. I feel there should have been some sort of compassion shown here. $ 120.00 down the drain! Edit* the manager took all but $ 19 off of our charge however I will still not return due to my experience with the rude staff who were whispering and were unhelpful
