Before I went ahead and purchased a package for any treatments at the Surani Clinic, I gave them a call to ask a few questions (and I’m glad I did). Dr. Surani was very abrupt and short. She told me she only had a few minutes to answer my questions, and before I could even finish my sentences, she was already interrupting me.
(FYI, none of her laser treatments help with milia or dark circles around the eyes.)
The reason I rate them a 2 of 5 is because:
1. Poor customer service over the phone
2. I’ve had Cutera Laser Genesis treatments to help with my discoloration and milia in the past, so I’m not sure why her equipment wouldn’t work?
3. At least she was honest, and didn’t let me waste my money (that’s why I didn’t give her a 0 – 1)

The Surani Clinic is not just about laser hair removal.
They do a number of skin treatments also, including Microdermabrasion and Laser Genesis.
It is partnered with the Glow spa on Bayview.
I had the two mentioned treatments above and was very pleased.
My face felt really soft and the tone was evened out after the two procedures.
Dr. Surani is very professional and takes the time to explain what the process will do, and discuss what are the best options for you in terms of skin treatments.
There were quite a few other skin treatments to be had, so if you are looking for something different from your standard facial, I recommend you check out what might be right for you on their website.
