I ordered a product via their web site. I was immediately billed for it. I called back two weeks later and they told me the product was discontinued. They did not send any notifications I had to micro-manage them to get them to do essential job functions like not steal from their customers. When they pocketed the money for a discontinued product what on Earth was going through their heads? They told me they would refund my money but it has not happened yet. Completely unacceptable.
