I guess I was lucky. I was craving for a soup and decided to have a Tom Kha Kai, Chicken Coconut. It’s very simple and you can find it in every thai. For 4.95 you can have a great soup, full of vegetables and a thick coconut broth. Really delicious. Best version of this soup I’ve ever had. I can’t tell much about the service because the restaurant was empty and I was the only customer. The lady only had eyes for me. And the place is beautiful and cozy. I want to come back there to go further on their seafood menu. I’m sure it will be a good experience.

The owner of this restaurant used to be my landlord, and he was altogether a nice guy, so I don’t really want to say bad things about this place. But seriously, if his restaurant was maintained anything like our apartment was… well, it was kind of gross. The food is hit and miss. Certain dishes, like the Randar Talay, are consistently good. But there are so many things that are let downs. The prices are good decent. Not mind blastingly decent, but decent. One thing that I can say about this place is that the portions are very large. Each meal is easily two meals, and if you order for takeout, well, stretching that dish into multiple meals becomes easier.
