Great prices and a solid variety when it comes to shoes and clothing. The only drawback is when it comes to clothing it’s hard to find smalls and mediums. You’re going to see a LOT of XL, XXL, XXL. But if you get lucky and find the right size, the price is usually better than other places (I’m looking at you, Sportchek).

We brought a jacket we bought from another SVP 5 days before our exchange date to this store. They do not have the bigger size at the store we originally bought the jacket from. We called and make sure that they will be able to help us out and they said yes on the phone (1ST LIE). We brought it in to this Steeles warehouse and they told us they have to talk to the manager. We let them and the manager came back with the jacket ON his body, saying that he would not be able to do an exchange because he see nothing wrong with it. Obviously we would want a bigger size for my boyfriend because he is a big guy and the manager is skinner and shorter, that’s why it fits him (seriously, if you are a manager, you are not so logical).The store manager, apparently named Mike was a total ignorant person. He would not help you and he would not listen to you. We called another SVP and they said that the manager’s name at the Steeles Warehouse is not Mike (2ND LIE). We left, feeling like a fool because we took all the time to go to the warehouse and have them lie through their teeth to us without giving us any solution. That is the worst thing you can do to your customers and certainly I would not want to go back there, not another time that we could be lied to again. Also, I will file a complain and hopefully they would have better manager after this one unless they want to loose their customer loyalty to other outlet stores.
