I just spoke to someone from this firm which proves to be a disaster. This individual was very disrespectful and decided to hang the phone in my face. I simply asked what is a HST stand for and how much is that. I asked twice and the third time, the lady decided to hang the phone in my face. This is less than an acceptable behavior of a professional. All I wanted was to get some information on notary of several documents for an international transaction that I am undertaking.
