Fast and effective service. I brought a blown tire in to be repaired and they fixed it efficiently and at an affordable price. Saved me from buying a new tire, and they could have easily done so because I know very little about tires. While the tire was being fixed the staff let me keep my stroller in the store as my kids and I paraded Bayview while the job was being done. In other words, they were very accommodating and this act of letting me keep my stroller in the store was one of those «little things» that go a long way. I’ll definitely buy my next bike here!

With two growing boys, and a limited budget per season, this place has been a godsend. The location is a bit small, possibly due to the large number of equipment they have at the beginning of the season. But the staff are exremely helpful and very child-​friendly. However, I had to give the 4 stars are we are skiing/​snowboarding family and their snowboard inventory is not as comprehensive as their skiing inventory.
