Had them repair my fridge in my condo, which was supposed to be a simple repair but ended up costing me over $ 100. Not too impressed with the cost especially after they advised that they would wave the service call fee if we allowed them to repair.

The nicest repair guy I ever met just left my place after fixing my oven in a half hour flat. I am super impressed!
Found SOS this morning on Unilocal and called them around 10am. They were actually able to get someone over to me at midday (!), but I couldn’t be home then so opted for a visit between 3−5pm. At 3.10pm exactly my doorbell rang. The young man was very efficient, friendly, and courteous; he knew exactly what he was doing and figured out the issue straight away. (Didn’t hurt that he was pretty cute too!) Plus they accept Visa and debit.
Overall, excellent service – highly recommended!
