Soho Salon

I have been getting my hair done by Victor and his brother Joe (the owners) for the past 12 years.
They have been in their new location across from Sherway Gardens for just over a year. Let’s just say that it is amazing being able to park easily, directly out front or back of the salon. The location is beautiful with plenty of natural light, giant windows, and very chic interior completed with a coffee/​tea station and a very clean open concept.
Victor has been able to fix my hair mishaps (i.e. when I decided to trim it myself) and I have always trusted him 100% to cut it in a way he felt was best. I have very thin hair, and he manages to cut/​style it like it’s got a ton of body. I like that he doesn’t use a lot of product, so that I can easily replicate the style on my own at home. Joe is a wizard with colour, from the purple and red I chose to do in high school, to foil highlights, to a beautiful blonde ombré — his visions always turn out absolutely beautiful when paired with my fresh cut.
Over the years, I have referred numerous people here and they have all remained regular customers. The stylists are fantastic and the atmosphere is classy but not stuffy. A great place to spend some time getting pampered!

I’ve done a lot of weird and damaging stuff to my hair and Soho has been there to help cover up my mistakes and make my hair look good again!
When I’d dyed my hair pink and couldn’t get it out, my colourist made it look fantastic. When I wanted to take a risk and get bangs, my stylist did exactly as I asked, and then touched them up when I changed my mind about my vision.
The staff are very friendly and the service is excellent. I’m happy to say that I’ve found my permanent hair salon.

When we moved to the west of Toronto, we decided to switch to a salon closer to our home. After much research, we decided to give Soho a try and have never gone anywhere else since.
Victor does great razor cuts for men if requested and is also one of the owners. I’ve loved every hair stylist that I’ve gotten to cut my hair — Ashley, Noelle and Agatha. Unlike most salons where you have to be choosey with who you get, at Soho every stylist is amazing at what they do and are always willing to offer hair tips.
Great salon close to Sherway Gardens and I would recommend anyone on the way west end to come. It’s an enjoyable and fun experience getting your hair cut at such a lively place.

I have been a client of Salon Soho since 1996 and would never think of going anywhere else. Not sure why it took me so long to review them?!?
They just moved from their original Sherway Gardens location across the street in the plaza with Sears Home and Red Lobster. I am so glad I won’t have to deal with mall parking during the holidays anymore! Love the new space, tons of natural light and good ventilation.
My stylist is Robbie and is beyond awesome. He always listens to what I want and makes helpful suggestions to ensure the perfect do every time. Make sure you ask for him! ;)
Both men and women are welcome. Kids are welcome here too, one of my younger brothers had been going here since he was a toddler (and he has an appointment for later today!).
Overall, this is a great salon option with awesome customer service — a perfect place to get beautified!
