The biggest but the worst shoppers I’ve ever been. If you wanna buy some beauty products, go to the Hudson Bay or shop on
. You can’t get customer service. While if you are white, it might be different. However, if you are Asian as me, definitely don’t go there. The worst. The reps only pretend being nice to you when the manager is there.

I used this place for prescriptions for 3 and ½ years as it is very close to my home. Nadia, the owner, is very nice but as Vivien mentions in her review, she cannot seem to get her staff into shape. They are slow, inflexible, complain constantly, disorganized and sometimes get prescriptions wrong. Oftentimes when I ordered the day before to give them plenty of time to prepare a prescription, they were did not have it ready 24 hours or more later, even though the medicine was in stock. They often also do not note things down properly.
Additionally, if your insurance does not cover dispensing fees, note that theirs are not flat and seem to be proportional to the cost of the item — they can be very high, even for low-​labour prescriptions like pills.
Sorry, Nadia, but I’ve taken my business elsewhere. And thanks for lying to my new pharmacy that you faxed my prescriptions to them twice. The did not receive either and since they called you they gave you a correct fax number. I had to get my physician to personally send them to the new place.

We went in to buy a last minute gift for friends. We ended up getting gift cards because of time constraints. The clerk working here, young Asian girl. She was very helpful and reminded us that if it was a gift make sure to attach the receipt with the activation code. We had totally forgotten about this. She also gave us a tip to go to client services in the mall and we might be able to find some gift card holders. This really helped us out because we were in a rush.

I really really like the pharmacy staff because they take time to answer questions and they are approachable. I usually only come here to buy items at the beauty boutique or fill a prescription; the food department is pretty lacking because there are two grocery stores in the mall. That being said, the store is always busy and the cosmeticians are very helpful and approachable.
The greeting card section here is better than the location at Sheppard centre, but then again the Sheppard centre has more food! I try to make most of my purchases early or late because there is often a long line-​up here. I think they do their best to keep things moving though.
