There’s never more than one(maybe two if you’re lucky) registers open. There are always very long line ups as well. Other than that they are well stocked, sorta helpful

I pretty much pop in here every two days. Good deals to be had, the pharmacists are super nice and helpful, and the cashiers at the front are fast and efficient.

Overall clean, well located and lit. Granted the csr’s aren’t the most happy people on the planet, but I’ve never met a happy csr or stock person working at a drugstore, so meh. They have Just Ok variety, not as stocked as other Shopper’s locations. The pharmacy is pretty good too, they can take between 10 –20 mins. to get your prescription order filled and ready.

i have always found the men who work at the pharmacy to be rude and, while the cashiers are nice, the store is understaffed. It seems unprofessional and poorly managed. I only went there because it had good hours, but the Guardian down the street was much friendlier.

Normally I’d give this Shoppers 4 stars — for some of their good value sales, for items in stock, cleanliness, layout, and selection of items. Overall, a good experience, and I’d recommend it. I was there last night and happened to be there again today. There’s one tall male cashier(with glasses) who seemed so unresponsive, it was almost comical. I tried to see if I could cheer him up. He’s soft-spoken, I’ve never seen him smile, and is definitely not Type A. For me, being a Unilocaler has affected my lens/perception of Service. Interacting with that one cashier was harmless, and didn’t leave me in an awful mood, but I’m curious to know if there’s a legitimate reason that he’s so odd — and has chosen to be in the visible position of customer service if his people skills appear affected by overall gloominess. When I think of that Shoppers Drug Mart, I can’t help but think of this fellow… He IS a part of my occasional shopping experiences there.

Overall a pretty standard experience as far as Shoppers goes. My only complaint here is that they never seem to have enough cashiers; as in there’s only ever one working. So expect a line of 2 – 3 people when you come.

It’s convenient, clean and it has was you need. Prices are high for some product and great on others!!! — found many items $ 2 to $ 7 more than anywhere else… ALSO… make sure to check the expiry date… I noticed more than few products past their due date… somebody is not rotating the stock… saw cheese on sale with mold on it… pop that expired in October 2010…

Shoppers is really the only drugstore worth going to in my opinion and this one is no exception. Big, bright, clean, good selection, and decent prices. As with many other Shoppers locations they have the usual drugstore stuff(toilet paper, toothpaste, cosmetics, pharmacy, etc.) as well as some basic groceries. The pharmacy staff are cool. The long lines due to only ever having one or two cashiers on duty is not so cool. Not much else to say. It’s a drugstore…
