This married couple of dentists scam clients and take advantage of them while in the dentist chair and can’t speak up. If you have insurance, they will add extra charges and do work you didn’t consent to while you’re being worked on and can’t speak, in hopes you won’t notice or care. This happened 2 times, the 1st time was when they charged for an extra filling and x-ray even though only one tooth was worked on. I complained but they said«you have insurance.»(as if I don’t pay some of the costs myself) but I wasn’t up for arguing so just gave them the benefit of the doubt in that hopefully, they did some of the actual work. The 2nd time, which convinced me they truly do try to take advantage of the client was when I discussed in advance the work that was to be done and even had them submit an estimate days earlier to make sure the work would be covered for the price submitted. During the appt, she was talking about future work that could be done and I made the mistake of telling them I was moving out of town so probably wouldn’t be back. By the time I got to the cashier to pay, they tried to charge me almost double the estimate-$ 700 for fillings and a cleaning! They claimed again–«you have insurance» and tried to scam me by telling me that I was aware of what they were doing while I was lying in the chair with a bunch of tools in my mouth(they never asked me once if I wanted it and that it would cost extra). This time, I noticed this pattern they use to scam clients and refused to pay since I never consented to the extra work and they removed the extra charges. Horrible dentists that take advantage of people with insurance. Not recommended!
