Sell My Stuff Canada

If you are looking for people to sell your stuff, look elsewhere. The owner of the company is rude and their business practice is simply unprofessional. Staff are not honest, communication non-​existent and sale was less than satisfactory. Got rid of majority of items on our own.

So I just got off the phone with SMS and was left very disappointed by the gentleman who answered. It seemed like all he wanted to do was get off the phone. He was very rude and didn’t even let me finish a sentence. After he had asked about the size of my house and what percentage we were selling he just said it wasn’t even worth his while. Maybe if he would have let me explain what I planned to sell and ask a few questions about the company. I wanted to know how the process worked. So instead of rushing me off the phone and not even letting me properly answer he has lost my business. Looking back I have quite a lot to sell and when he asked me percentage wise how much I was going to sell I probably estimated too low as he was barking at me and didn’t give me time to respond. What a rude person… that is not the way to win over clients.

SMS Canada did not show any organizing at all during the house contents sale at Forest Hill. It was disappointing many people who lined up at 7:30 am to get tickets. Some staff seemed more experienced than others. Presentation did not seem as nice as I would have thought. I personally will not be going back to SMS Canada.
