I’m a huge Second Cup fan. I don’t frequent this location as often as my local location but enough to know the coffee is consistent and the staff is generally knowledgeable and polite. I did have a not so friendly experience once but on average they have been good. This location is also convenient if you drive as it backs onto a covered parking structure in the mall.

No service mind at all. Retarded. I just bought some cakes and it is embarrassing how they do take out. Never ever see in my life, they laid the slices of cake down on the side instead of putting it up. Because the box they have doesn’t fit the cake they sell. Just look worse than Dog Food. I’m too shy to give to anyone, even eat it myself, it’s all in the garbage at parking lot. 5 tiny slices for $ 27 (tiny=smaller than what I used to buy from other locations). Bad Management.

Really large space, lots if windows for sunlight, with plenty of seats and sofas for customers. The staff are really friendly and attentive. The place is extremely neat and tidy. The cakes are fresh and delicious, like the jamocha cake. The place plays a really good selection of music. One of the best Second Cup locations I’ve been to so far.

Excellent Second Cup, very clean and spacious interior. Customer service is always superb, they offer almond and soy milk for your coffee (in addition to dairy) and have a well stocked book shelf for customers to browse through. Love their patio :)
