I visited the bank today for a transaction and the young female teller was extremely rude and impatient. She repeatedly said «Give me your card» several times perhaps because I wasn’t fast enough or maybe she thought I was deaf. In any event there were few customers at the time. Ironically I saw a different teller gruffly tell a client «you need to have patience!». Customer service here is atrocious, as it is with many Scotia Banks. I won’t be returning.
