Strolling by and the scents coming from in here drew me in! This is a Canadian company (BC based) that mainly organic and uses pure ingredients. There is everything from essential oils such as lavender, grapefruit, peppermint to about 15 other choices; skin care; hair care; wellness products etc.
The store has a very clean lined and calm feel to it and all the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve never been here before (I believe there is a Queen St W location as well) and the staff explained the products to me in detail, especially a few fan favourites!
I picked up this headache relief pack that comes with this peppermint oil product that apparently was the company’s first product and what made the company (product is for headache/​tension relief) One of the staff had me try it out and wow… I felt the cooling and tingling sensation in a minute or two. I suffer from a lit of headaches so any natural relief is a great option for me!
She also showed me this exfoliating cleanser (they have a sink so you can try out products on your hand and then wash it off — nice!). It was the smoothest and most hydrating cleanser I’ve tried. Of course I bought it!
If you spend $ 40 you can get their deal of the month for a reduced price. Also if you sign up with them you can earn points and after 300 points you can get your choice of an oil.
I think for what you are getting the prices are reasonable (but of course higher than anything in the drugstores) but so far I think it’s worth it. Couldn’t afford to shop here all the time, but definitely a nice treat.
