Use as last resort to buy from The Healthy Butcher.
Cons (from most important to least):
— delivered wagyu striploin with brown spots… although still safe to eat, the brown spots shows that the steak was refrigerated for a while and has started to oxidized
— delivered wagyu striploin with a massively thick cap (fat)… not the best bang for the buck as paying for fat to discard
— delivered to the wrong house (but they re-​delivered the next day after requesting them)
— does not respond to email inquiries
Pros:
— carries The Healthy Butcher products
If you can, and care about the quality of the products you buy, visit the butcher shop.

As a mom of 2 including a new born baby my time is gold; spending time driving, parking and shopping for natural, organic and GMO free produce and meats alone is a full time job and I’m happy I can trust Real Food Toronto to do it for me and deliver all kinds of nutritious foods at my door every week. The costumer service is great as well and I love the personalized note that comes with my order. Very happy costumer here!

Never ordering again*.
Sent me mouldy apples. Those that weren’t mouldy were bruised and had enough black spots to rival a dalmatian.
Also sent two containers of spinach that will expire in five days, with parts of it already going bad. Won’t even last me till Friday. If it is does not last until Rebecca Black’s favorite day, it’s not good enough for me.
I didn’t pay that much money for organic produce to get this crap quality. I wouldn’t have bought this for myself.
*unless I intentionally wished to get food poisoning in order to get out of one of my U of T exams.
UPDATE:
They did a really fantastic job when I sent them an email expressing my dissatisfaction, so I’ve changed my rating from one star to two. They sent my entire order again for free later that night. They were very kind, gracious, and send a personalized note along with the order. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. The new order has acceptable produce, and I’m pleased.
It’s worth another shot. If I like my next order, I’ll bump the stars up to three.
