In regards to Sky’s review: I have been a patient at RV Family Care for over 7 years. My family doctor is Dr Anita Ng, and she’s the best doctor I have ever had. I find the front desk staff to be very friendly. You give respect, you get respect. As for the ear syringing that was recommended by the doctor, there is a sign posted at the front desk that lists exactly what they won’t do. Ear syringing is one of them.

I read the previous review and thought — hey it can’t be that bad, but it IS! The review is spot on. Stay away. Rude administrative staff, and lazy doctors. My dad was having troubles with his ear and after waiting for 30 minutes, they looked at him for 30 seconds and said his ear could use syringing but they don’t do that, and sent him away. Worthless.
