I currently deal with this company, they’ve imposed illegal charges, failed to hold up their end of the inspection report actions and failed to maintain the property.
They have told each tenant that the backyard is solely theirs.
Attempting to contact them is an exercise in futility as it’s musical chairs with who you’ll be talking to.
This is the most dishonest and backhanded company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Don’t ever make the mistake of renting from them or allowing them to manage your property.
