June 1, 2015 — 11:46AM I’m new to the area and was just calling around the looking for packages for my boyfriend and I to get a few tans in for a wedding we have next weekend. I spoke to an EXTREMELY rude girl named Samantha(if she gave me her real name when I Finally asked?). I asked for information on the beds all she could tell me was the best bed was a «high pressure» in a rude and annoyed tone. I asked what kind of beds are they? Similar to Eurgoline? She responded no we don’t have that, if you want it go somewhere else! I said I was just calling to get some info, is there a problem with that? Her response was we don’t have Eurgoline, it’s an orbit 360 something so fast I couldn’t even catch it. Absolutely horrible customer service, I’m shocked this company would have someone like this working for them. Very happy I called before I wasted my time going in.

Ok so I’ve been coming tanning here just under two years and don’t get me wrong it’s not my first choice. Desert sun in Woodbridge is my favourite spot however Ill come here every so often. Their beds aren’t terrible but definitely not the best. The second last time I visited 2 minutes into my tan my facial turned off and it’s fall, all I really wanted was my face tanned. But regardless I stayed in the bed thinking after I told the receptionist she would find a solution and she did. She told me on my next visit I’d be receiving a free tan and I was satisfied. Yesterday I went back and I was told the owner refused to believe that the facial went off and I was lying! Wow that what was my last straw! I’ve never asked for a deal or discounts on anything in that salon and now I’m a liar? It was my bottom line. Other than the fact that their overpriced they don’t know anything about customer service, save yourself the headache.
