Hi Yvonne, I really appreciate your response even almost 3 weeks later. The reason why I have not contacted your store directly because I did not believe that I would receive any help. Besides, flowers — it’s a type of product that impossible for return once unwrapped and given. Isn’t it? By leaving your generic response here, do you think it makes me think that I was sold an unsatisfactory product unintentionally? What else would you want to hear from me at your store if I were to come in person? I would really want to believe that I could rewrite my review about your store and make purchases not only on valentine’s days but on many other days because it would be super convenient for me.
