It pains me to give them even 1 star. Rude rude rude! Do not waste your time ordering from these people. I ordered online for Mothers Day and requested them to be delivered the day before Mothers Day. My mom gets a call asking her questions about her name and address all before identifying himself… very creepy for someone who doesn’t know they are getting a delivery. They never delivered, said they attempted twice, however they send me an email saying the flowers were delivered. Well good thing I talk to my mom everyday, cause she never got them. They never called me to tell me they couldn’t deliver. I asked for them to deliver to her work and said they can’t do it today. wait till tomorrow. I then said that was unacceptable and I wanted my money back and they guy was incredibly rude! He started blaming me and my mom. Unbelievably horrible customer service. Called my credit card company and got my money back, thank goodness!
She will get her flowers now, but from FTD.
