i went looking for a gelskin for my new galaxy 6 phone and found nuvango online. i uploaded my image and set up how i wanted my gelskin to look. got an email saying it would ship out in 1 – 2 business days and that i’d get an email telling me when it left. after four business days past, i emailed asking when i could expect shipment. they responded apologizing profusely for the delay and expedited my shipment out asap after that. it arrived today. actually, they sent two! with apologies on the invoice and a handwritten card also sending their apologies. so lily and nuvango — you now have a devoted fan! i wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you guys to anyone i knew.
