This is my favourite nutrition house location — the customer service is out of this world amazing — keeps me coming back many times a week for bars/​snacks! Daniel is so warm, inviting, extremely helpful and knowledgable on the his products. You have dietary restrictions? No worries, Daniel will find something perfect for you. This location has a ton of food product selections, unique items I haven’t seen much elsewhere — from bars (lots of different brands), snacks (roaster chickpeas, seaweed chips, nut clusters…), nut butters etc — they have lots to chose from.

I pass by this place everyday and I never went in here before. But in terms of selection, this place has a little bit of everything nutritious and supplements.
Personally, I’m not a fan of supplements because I believe that you can all your nutrients from eating solid foods, but to each their own. However, I did see many to choose from.
Though I’m not into supplements, I saw a lot of natural foods I liked, such as organic snacks, non-​GMO/​gluten free snacks, organic tea, Asian tea and dieter tea. Sometimes they have sales and when I dropped by, all things in their display case were 50% off, so SCORE!
In addition, I asked some personal health questions and the lady in the morning was very friendly and answered all my questions. So this place has great service and a good selection of health stuff. I encourage you to check it out if you work/​live in the area.

This location of Nutrition House has the WORST customer service ever. Both the man and lady there have real attitudes and would not accept my WagJag voucher even though I tried to explain to them that WagJag’s system had an error and our vouchers did not state their location because of a WagJag system error during checkout. I called WagJag customer service to resolve the situation and they informed me that they would call the Bloor Street location to let the owners know that they had wrongly turned us away the first time and that they have a master list with all of those WagJag voucher holders that were subject to this error (approximately 200 of us). Since I didnt want to waste another trip, I made a call to see if they would accept the voucher and this time the lady was SO FREAKING RUDE — she wouldn’t listen to a word I was trying to tell her and said that she would absolutely not accept the voucher and would interrupt me constantly and would not hear a word of my explanation instead babbling about how listeners are smarter than talkers and that I should stop talking. Now I’m stuck with WagJag vouchers that are absolutely useless and I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know that the owners of Nutrition House on Bloor St are scammers who ONLY care about taking your money.
