Nirvana is an exceptional store with experienced and helpful sales people and superb furniture. I bought a desk chair there has changed my life. and alleviated back and shoulder pain. Recently, I was searching for an office couch, and the staff at Nirvana was great at helping me find all the options, try out various possibilities, and when I decided and placed the order, they were wonderful at letting me know the timeline, extending to me the original price even though the sofa ended up being a newer, more expensive model, and arranging for courteous and prompt delivery and assembly. They also added a great little matching neck pillow free of charge. When I need furniture in the future I will definitely start with Nirvana. It makes shopping for furniture an ongoing pleasure!

Been here a few times and have always liked their stock — particularly the chairs. Went in today to browse and left with a solid walnut coffee table — great price and service.

worst company ever. pushy sales people and I bought my humidifier there and they refused to help with a refund or a exchange. don’t purchase anything here. you will regret it.

Over the past three years my husband and I have bought a Temperpedic bed there, an unusual bed frame with drawers, an excellent sofabed, bar stools, lamps and pillows and I can say without reservation that the service and product quality exceeded our expectations. It’s a gem in the neighbourhood and I like dealing with the owner who is friendly, knowledgeable and really rather Zen. A very positive experience.

They have some nice office furniture, but the main sales guy can be very unfriendly and rude if you don’t buy right away! Plus he didn’t really listen to my questions but kept repeating unhelpful sales pitches.
