I went to this place when it was still on Broadview. I had bought two vouchers, which I buy many of and it was for a neck and face skin tightening.
First of all, she did only the face. Second of all she only did one pulse per square inch of face. It was over in five minutes. Really, I should have called the deal site to complain and got my money back. But i didn’t and that was my fault.
What struck me the most was that on my second visit, the lights were on. Covering every square inch of the room, was hair and dirt. It was so gross. I never noticed the first time, because the lighting was so low, I was completely repelled the second time though. Really grossed out.
Also, since I have had skin tightening before, I know the procedure and how much time it takes. If I have a positive experience with a place that I buy a voucher from, I usually return, since she cheapened out on the deal, I was not going to consider paying full price for half a treatment. Why would I? This alone was a deal breaker. Seeing her filthy salon in full light sealed the deal.
