Do not go !!! Le centre est très sale, la «waxing«de mauvaise qualité, un service très long et une tentative d augmentation de la note finale … It s a shame …

Got a gel pedicure during business hours at lunch. Considering the close proximity to the financial district, the prices are really good. The location is spacious, bright and clean and a no fuss place. They had a lot of great colour options, were attentive, and did a good job. It’s not a high end nail salon and is good for it’s value and location. I will definitely be coming again and again!

I had a VERY bad experience at nebula salon tonight. I went to get a french manicure, but then when she started putting the white tips on, and I took my hand out of the UV light, we saw that the tips had started to bleed and it looked AWFUL. I was running very low on time so I said forget it, and I decided to go with a solid color instead. It goes to show you that it REALLY depends on who does your nails. Also, I was EXTREMELY annoyed at the salon for not keeping my appointment time when they knew that I was a regular, AND they knew that I had very limited time AND I had walked in to MAKE the appointment. I am extremely disappointed and angry!

I recently went in for Shelac Manicure and didn’t know what I was in for. I was more than happy with Lisia’s abilities to do a perfect manicure! I’ve paid more at salon’s in Yorkville and did not get as good quality results as I did here. I will be asking for Lesia going forward. I do believe it’s a lot to do with the person doing it than the salon itself. Although the salon is very clean, updated and nice. Unlike a lot of terribly outdated salons that have Pepto colored walls, strewn with fake flowers… yek. I’m glad I found this place!

Great salon, staff and prices. I have done my shellac mani pedi, facial and eye-brow and upper lip waxing. It was all done by a single lady-the oldest in the room who is probably their manager. She appeared to have a proper Canadian license of cosmetologist. Satisfied with the service as I paid 135 for all that incl tips. Nail salons around charge 80+tax and tip for shellac mani pedi only. And the salon inside looks quite nice comparing to the others in the same price range.

Omg longest pedicure of my life! The lady took forever and scrubbed my heels so hard that they now burn and I can’t walk properly. The lady who did my manicure did an ok job but that was only after I asked her more than once to file my nails properly. The 38 for a mani pedi downtown is not bad. Limited nail color choices. Go if you need to get a mani pedi and don’t have any other better options.
