WARNING: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE EXTENDED WARRANTY it really is pretty useless. Repairs are promised within 6 weeks. I am not sure who doesn’t need their computer for six weeks but I definitely rely on mine for my livelihood.
My laptop motherboard was defective while still under warranty and also while covered by the extra extended warranty. No replacement was offered. No loaners available.
They repair it for «free» in about SIX weeks. This is a waste of valuable time & money. The sales staff are pleasant but there is little follow though. It is not a full service store.

My laptop’s hard drive was slowly frittering away and I finally decided to get it repaired. Since I am not a techie, I was concerned of being gouged.
When entering the store, I headed immediately to the back of the store where ‘repairs’ section is located. After a quick assessment by Jordan, he confirmed I needed a new hard drive and indicated I buy one from the sales staff.
A short wait later, and I was speaking with of the floor staff. He asked questions to understand my usage and needs and recommended a hard drive that fitted my needs. He showed me the inventory list of hard drives from their own site and indicated 2 which would give me the biggest bang for my buck. It seemed transparent and the fact he selected one of the most affordable and value-​driven options, I decided to go with his recommendation.
After purchasing it, I returned to where Jordan was and handed my new hard drive to him. I signed the order paper and went off in my merry way. Given that I showed up after ‘Black Friday’, I dealt with a 2 week delay.
I received a call to pick it up and it was the most smooth and stress-​free process. I would definitely return there if needed.
One recommendation: Inform/​remind customers they are responsible for installing their own drivers after they pick it up!

Excellent service — I needed an SSD and some RAM installed on my laptop and was able to get my existing HDD cloned to the new one… and I got it back the same day for a very reasonable price! The technician (Kurt) was great. Would definitely use them again for all my computer issues!

Ordered items from 4 different companies, everything was shipped within 3 business days except from NCIX. it has been 10 business days and we are still waiting for the last part. Unacceptable service. They need to greatly improve on the shipping time. Highly do NOT recommend buying from this company. There are many other companies that handle your order in a reasonable time.

I called the store to ask about which models of the 4GB R9 380 were in stock. Greg answered all my questions in a professional and courteous manner. He went above and beyond in explaining the other options, along with the benefits of other video cards available to me. I later went to the store to see what else was available, even though Greg said the specific one I wanted wasn’t in stock. He happened to be on lunch at the time I arrived, but Nelson also provided me with excellent service and I was able to get a Sapphire Nitro 4GB R9 380 for the same price as their competitor across the street.

Dropped by to see if there was any power banks and external hard drives available… the employees were very helpful and knowledgeable about their products.

I placed an order online and had it shipped here. The guy who processed my order actually helped me carry the printers to the lot nearby. I certainly didnt expect that and I appreciate the courtesy.
