Bad experience, don’t go. The staff told me one price for a shellac mani/pedi when i walked in to inquire about costs, then upped it by $ 20, even though a number of patrons in the salon heard what they quoted me. They also cut one cuticle until it bled and now it’s infected. The staff also repeatedly kept taking clients, saying it would only be two minutes, without a chance in reality that they would be seen within an hour.

i went here for a mani-pedi today after reading positive reviews. i also had a good experience — the person who did my nails was very friendly and did a good job. it was a relaxing experience, the place is clean and they have a good selection of colours. i would recommend this place!

Do not bother! Made an appointment at 5:30. Came at 5:25, told me to come back in 20 minutes. Okay, fine. Made another appointment to come back at 6(at they’re request). Came back at 6 on the button. They were packed, as they were at 5:30. They sat me in a pedi chair 5 mins later. Waited. Waited some more. No communication about how much longer. Kept working on everyone around me. A girl next to me was also waiting(had been there longer than me). 6:20. Left and told them that if they can’t keep appointments within a reasonable time frame, they shouldn’t bother making them. Two appointments and an hour of wasted time — no pedicure. Spring for a proper spa.

The place seemed clean and is in a great location. I couldn’t understand a word my manicurist said which made it a little frustrating though. I manicure was very good though and now that I think I know how to remove the shellac on my own, I will go back for another.

Love this place. The $ 30 deal is a steal and they give you a really amazing manicure and pedicure. This is the third place I have tried on the Danforth and will be the last — friendly staff and a clean atmosphere and even amazing pedicure chairs! They are really organized and keep things running smoothly too!

I went in today based on the other two reviews and was pleased. Angie did my pedi and it was excellent. She took her time with the massage which automatically boosts the experience. They were somewhat understaffed-only three people for four walk-ins so Angie did my niece’s pedi afterwards. I opted for the $ 30 mani/pedi combo when I realized I would be waiting a bit. I had a bad shellac chipping experience so my fingernails are stripped down somewhat but Michael gently evened them out. I didn’t go for polish so I can’t speak to his skill with it. Speaking of polish, a good selection of OPI, China Glaze and Essie. Not too much that you’re overwhelmed and all nicely ordered unlike some places. If/when they start with personal kits I’ll bump them up to five stars.

Stopped by tonight at around 8:30. Door was open. Sign said open til 8. They still saw my friend and I for manicures and pedicures. They did a great job. Big selection of nail polish colours. Awesome foot/leg massage during the pedicure. $ 30 for both mani & pedi. I will be back here for sure.
