I bought some bar stools at «My Sleep Furniture». It was very easy. the prices were clearly posted. I had no problems with the service. It was just cash and carry. So far, three, months later the bar stools are fine.

I’m not one to write reviews — so this might be worth reading if I’m taking the time to do such.
I did a bit of researching on this place before making a decision to go. All reviews I read were NOT in favor of purchasing. Despite that, I figured I’d at least go have a look, not committing myself to purchasing anything.
SHOPPING EXPERIENCE
The ‘warehouse’ is an office space converted into a make shift show room. A little strange and perhaps a little creepy. There was a man and a woman working. We were there for about 20 – 30 minutes before we were actually acknowledged. The woman clearly (and not surprisingly) working harder than her male counterpart.
I was able to test out the products I was interested in purchasing as luckily for me they were on display. The lady took the time to explain the in’s and out’s of the products for me.
What I did love — no pushy sales people! Yes I had to wait 20 – 30 minutes for some help BUT I wasn’t being stalked on the sales floor. I was able to ask my questions, get honest answers and make my own decision. The order process was relatively quick and I was able to pick a delivery date and time. Delivery was cheap ($ 35) compared to Leons or the Brick who wanted double that with a wait of almost 2 weeks. I had my products set to be delivered in 3 days.
DELIVERY
Seems most people had poor luck with delivery but not I. They arrived when they said they would and called 15 minutes before arrival to let me know they would arrive shortly. Now, they weren’t very helpful in bringing the furniture inside. In fact, they brought it to the front door and the minute they saw we were willing to help, the delivery guys took off. Whatever. It was $ 35.
PRODUCT
Easy set up. Came with all the required hardware and instructions. I was expecting an Ikea-​like assembly mess but it was actually quite painless. Products are comfortable and exactly what I saw in their store.

We recently bought a couch there because they offered cheap prices and delivery. However, the customer service is about the worst I’ve ever experienced. I called to confirm the delivery date and the owner/​manager literally yelled at me over the phone.
We bought the couch sight-​unseen as they did not have it in stock. It’s an okay couch. I wouldn’t say worth the price of what they’re asking for.
Product quality is low. Customer service is terrible.
Shop here as a last resort.
ETA: After a couple months of using the couch (i.e. sitting on it) it is literally falling apart. The fabric tears where you sit, and the springs and wooden frame is falling apart. Again, I warn Unilocalers: Stay away from this store!

Yes the prices are really good, but the staff are rude. I purchased over $ 800.00 worth of furniture and then they didn’t deliver when they said they would. They cancelled the scheduled date telling me the furniture would be delivered the next day. When I phoned to confirm that, they informed it would NOT be coming. They weren’t even going to let me know!
My furniture was supposed to be here half an hour ago, I sure hope it comes, because I don’t want to go fight to get my money back. It’s a VERY unpleasant place to visit, as it is across the street from a garbage processing plant and so it is very stinky!

Shopping around for some furniture. This place is definitely not bad for those on a budget. The store has a showroom w/​most of the furniture in the rooms. If you shop around on the website & it’s not available in store, it means you will have to commit to purchasing the item as they will have to order it. We were very interested in this L shape sofa… but unfortunately it was not available in store. No luck!
Lots of funky futons (looked like sofas), tv stands, mattress, dining room sets, etc.
Delivery is approx. $ ³⁰⁄₄₀ depending where you are in the GTA. Do not try and haggle. They even have a sign inside saying you can’t. Hilarious!
