i’ve actually had great experiences at this shop, including heel replacements and resoles on a variety of higher end leather shoes and boots. the shop has various kind of replacement soles, including vibram, and the cobbler allows you to choose the colour and quality based on your budget. good service! cash only.

Took boots in to have softened and stretch returned numerous times with them they never seemed different from the time before. Went to another shoe shop and presto fixed in one go. I think they just didn’t want to do the work. Just say so don’t waste people’s time and money.

Ron hooked me up! I walked in off the street wearing an expensive pair of leather sneakers that had just opened up it’s stitching in various parts. He stitched and reinforced with glue all the loose parts of the shoe right on the spot at a very reasonable price. Excellent service, would recommend!

Agreed with previous posts. 0. Took a very expensive beaded bag to get a new strap put on. Bag handed to me with pen lines on the strap, unfinished leather that did not match at all, and stamped logo on strap that made the bag look cheap. Crazy to be charged anything never mind the extortionate price for a shoddy job.

Awful. Terrible. Ruined my shoes that I asked to get polished. I thought I was on candid camera when he handed me my shoes back. Go to the Moneysworth & Best at Yonge and Bloor. That guy is awesome.

If this could be a zero that’s what I’d give it. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN. I brought a beloved pair of heels into this shop to get new leather soles put on. In under 3 months one side started completely disintegrating. I can actually pick the leather apart with my fingers. The other side seems fine. Seems to be a faulty piece if leather I thought so I brought them back to show the owner and give him a chance to remedy the situation. No dice. He kept saying it was from natural wear and he couldn’t do anything about it. He was very dismissive and would not even consider it was a fault in the material. I paid $ 65 to get this done. Now my shoes are ruined. Please take your business elsewhere and stay away from poor materials and horrible customer service.
