Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt

I really like Menchie’s but this new stockyards location is the WORST Menchie’s I’ve ever been to. The staff here are rude. I went there today with my friend and there were only two sample cups on the tray. EVERY menchies has little sample cups so you can try the different flavours before you decide what to buy. I asked the clerk for another sample cup, and she just looked at me with a sour look on her face and wordlessly handed my friend another cup.
Well after we tried a few flavours the cup was all soggy and gross so we asked her for another cup, and she rudely said «You need ANOTHER ONE??» I said «Yes, is there a shortage or something?» I’m so sorry that I dared impose upon her valuable time (in the otherwise completely empty store) to ask her for a second sample cup. Later I asked the other staff person there why they don’t just put out a whole bunch of sample cups out like EVERY OTHER MENCHIES in the universe, and she said because their sales aren’t very good at that location the owner doesn’t want them to put out sample cups so they can save on costs.
AVOID THIS MENCHIES if you want to try a new flavours before you buy. This Menchie’s turned my smile upside down.

This location is similar to all others…
1. Free sample cups are available for trying new flavours.
2. The staff are friendly enough, but are usually students who are not in competition to deliver amazing service.
3. You serve yourself, add whatever toppings you want, then pay by weight.
4. The yogurt is delicious.
5. An average bowl costs $ 5-​$ 7.
