My food was served to me cold. On top of that, there were no servers to be found, so I ended up serving myself. And then, they had the tenacity to charge my food by weight! What kind of restaurant is this?!? Oh wait, it’s not a restaurant? Then why the hell are people reviewing it?

Been here a couple times. Great service. Selections are a little poor and candy bar items aren’t that fresh(e.g., cookie dough).

I come to this plaza nearly every week but rarely come into this Menchies store. I came tonight, after dinner and there was 4 other patrons. The yoghurt here is not as nice as yoghurtys, it tastes sweeter. They post up the calories but not the sugar content. The kiddies all grabbed their own bowl and they actually filled it with more of the candy and cereals, than with the yoghurt. Staff were not friendly, no «Hi! welcome to Menchies», that the Markham store always says. Ok, for a treat but not really good atmosphere. No wonder this store is never busy.

Service was great! The guy was nice and had a friendly attitude. The frozen yoghurts were all stocked except Nutella — which so happened to be my favorite one so there goes one star :(Anyway, the other flavors were good too and there was an impressively large variety of toppings! The reason why I’m taking away another star is because the waffle bowl was downright horrible! Being completely stale, it was chewy and very unpleasant tasting. It basically ruined everything else.

I find quite often that when you pull down on the handle of their frozen yogurt machines, it struggles and starts to rumble. The frozen yogurt takes forever to come out. Their website boasts so many flavours however when you go there you’ll realize that only the gross flavours are left. They have a wide variety of toppings, and I think this is what really makes them stand out. Save yourself the trip and go to Baskin Robbins for some ice cream!

This location is ok compared to other ones. Their service is friendly, but their selection of flavours is limited. Just a heads up that whenever they have that promotion where a cup is $ 7(smthg like that?) that the waffles are not free. They don’t wipe off the sign during the promotion, nor do they mention anything about it during checkout…

Love this place. Excellent service and staff. Best frozen yogurt I have had compared to a lot of diff chains. Clean and fast!

I heart frozen yogurt and this place rocks! I’ve tried so many different chains of froyo living in Cali and this place is one of the best. Great number of toppings– its insanity! And the yogurt is delicious too! My mom and I came in here a few months ago when the sun came out and thought it was our chance to enjoy dessert. The employee was super friendly and gave us a coupon for our next visit:-) Must try!

This is probably the first Menchie’s that opened in the Scarborough area. Welcome to the neighborhood. They really picked a good location right at McCowan and Finch, near high schools and with zero competition around. Even on a cold winter afternoon, this place is packed with students enjoying an after school get together, their version of happy hour. Noise level can be quite high, imagine a small seating area with over 15 teens on sugar high? And they all singing along to their favorite songs(FYI: Counting Star was playing right this moment) The store itself is really clean. The staff is sweet and has a nice smile. I will be back if I have Menchie’s craving but probably during when the teens are still in their class.
